Resource Ready provides project administration functions for simple to complex projects; including system platforms and enhancements, formalizing and documenting business processes, operationalizing regulatory guidelines, and composing content for marketing materials.  
 
We will:

• Serve as a project leader; projects and studies designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a business process.
• Participate in the development of proposals to facilitate improvements in the effectiveness of program operations and service.
• Formulates policy objectives related to the operation and management ensuring high quality, cost effective services.
• Analyze and interpret program data in layman terms.
• Prepares materials and reports on the interrelationships of business processes.
• Provides technical assistance consistent with program requirements.
• Serves as liaison to subcontractors/vendors for projects.
• Review and coordinate activities of multiple contractors involved in project.
• Prepares a variety of written products, including briefing documents, contractor performance evaluations,
  reports, and issue papers.
• Encourage best practices in project management and planning functions.
• Work with ancillary departments facilitating project support and colaboration.
• Ensure project goals are met.
• Operationalize regulatory guidelines;
  • review regulatory guidelines,
  • evaluate operations enviroment,
  • assess processing/technical platforms,
  • document procedures in support of new policies, and 
  • disseminate and train departments and resources accountable to new policies and procedures.
• Document processes, policies and operating procedures.
• Document process workflows.
